1. Core Philosophy

Volunteers are the heartbeat of Leadership, Inclusion & Future Transformation Foundation. We believe volunteering is a partnership of mutual respect, learning, and service with the local residents of Murbad and surrounding villages.

2. Respect for Community Dignity & Local Customs

Volunteers must approach all community interactions with humility and sensitivity toward local traditions, dialects, and social customs. Discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, age, or physical ability is strictly prohibited.

3. Child Safeguarding & Vulnerable Population Protection

LIFT Foundation enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against child abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate contact during educational, sporting, or healthcare sessions. Photography of minors requires explicit permission from foundation coordinators.

4. Volunteer Rights & Foundation Commitment

• Safe and supportive field environments.
• Clear briefings, mentorship, and equipment for all assigned duties.
• An official Volunteer Service Certificate upon completion of agreed commitments.
