Donation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Donations

As a public charitable trust, contributions made to Leadership, Inclusion & Future Transformation Foundation are voluntary gifts designated for charitable community welfare, education, healthcare, and rural transformation. Once disbursed toward field programs, donations are generally non-refundable.

2. Accidental Duplicate Transactions & Technical Glitches

In rare instances where a technical error, network timeout, or gateway double-charge causes duplicate debits for a single intended donation, LIFT Foundation will promptly investigate and refund the duplicate amount.

• Reporting Window: The donor must inform the foundation within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.
• Required Proof: The donor must provide the gateway transaction reference, bank debit confirmation, and registered email.
• Resolution Timeframe: Verified refund requests will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.

3. Official Receipts & Cancellations

Every successful donation generates a digital receipt with a unique transaction reference. In the event of an approved refund, the issued receipt will be formally marked as cancelled in the trust register.
