Will I receive an official donation receipt?

Yes. Every verified transaction instantly generates a digital Donation Acknowledgment Receipt featuring a unique registration reference, donor details, earmarked cause, and foundation trustee signatures.

Can I claim Income Tax deduction under Section 80G?

Transparency is our highest core value: LIFT Foundation has submitted its formal application for Section 80G registration with the Income Tax Department. While this approval is under statutory process, donations cannot yet be claimed for 80G deductions. We do not make false promises.

Can international / NRI donors donate?

Under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), Indian NGOs must hold specific FCRA certification to accept funds from foreign sources. Currently, LIFT Foundation accepts contributions exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR) from Indian bank accounts or Indian credit/debit cards.

How are my donation funds utilized?

100% of earmarked funds go directly into programmatic execution—procuring student stationery, funding diagnostic tests at mobile clinics, and providing working capital equipment for women's self-help groups. Administrative expenses are sustained through trustee endowments.

Is online donation secure?

All payment transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store credit/debit card numbers or sensitive banking credentials on our servers. Transactions are handled through RBI-regulated payment gateways.
